An apartment project called Soleste Grand Central is set for a hearing today before Miami’s Urban Development Review Board.
The project could include either 345 or 358 rental apartments.
Amenities that will be offered to residents include car charging stations, shared office space, electronic door locks, dry cleaning lockers, a Las Vegas style pool, and a spa.
