Multi-family developer The Estate Companies has announced plans to develop an eight-story mid-rise, mixed-use community with 340 luxury rental units located on Federal Highway and Dania Beach Boulevard.
Formerly known as Trion at Dania Beach, Soleste Cityline will include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with dual master suites and private balconies. The project will feature a pool deck, fitness center, outdoor grilling stations, clubroom and private event space.
“We look forward to working together and delivering this exceptional development to the Dania Beach community,” said The Estate Companies Principal Jeffrey Ardizon in a press release. “The City of Dania Beach has so much to offer, and we are very happy to be contributing to its growth and expansion.”
Merrimac Ventures will develop the 12,800 square-foot retail portion of the project, set to break ground in the fourth quarter of this year.
